Fran helped my wife and I initially buy our home in 2018. We had such a great experience, that when we were looking to sell, it wasn't even a question of who would be our agent. When we knew we were moving from Scottsdale, Az to Franklin, my wife looked online and found Fran Harmons name and information. She contacted Fran and asked her to call. They had a very good conversation and my wife was impressed and felt (very quickly!) that Fran understood her and what we would be looking for. Obviously, no realtor can guarantee results like that but Fran Harmon did just that for us. Even if it took longer to sell our home we would have been very pleased with Fran’s professional performance.
